Visa Arrangements
Mr. John Lee announced on 13th December 2022, Hong Kong will have an adjustment of measures to COVID-19. Starting from 14th December 2022, Hong Kong will no longer need to scan QR code via LeaveHomeSafe app to enter venues. Also, amber code system is going to cancel.
Started from 1st November 2021, people must scan LeaveHomeSafe App QR code when entering government venue. Finally, under the new adjustment on Covid-19 measures from 14th December, people is no need to scan QR code to enter the venues. Admittedly, vaccine pass is still be needed.
Under the new adjustment, the LeaveHomeSafe app will only issue two different codes: Red and Blue. While red for those infected with Covid-19, and blue for general public. As the Amber Code is cancelled. then the international arrival is no longer travel restriction for 3 days.
