How to apply via the China Embassy Visa Office?

1. You have to log on the website: “China Online Visa Application (COVA)” to fill the application form and make appointment for on-site submission at the visa office. Then you will have an “Appointment for Visa Application Submission “AVAS”)
2. Print and sign your COVA application form; And prepare all your supporting documents
3. Bring along with AVAS confirmation letter and supporting documents to the visa office on the appointed date and time.

Last but not the least, all information on the COVA form must be true, accurate and complete. Once you have online submitted your COVA form, you cannot amend any information. Otherwise, you have to re-do your COVA application again.
